Shaft Flex.......CPM's...... ?

Do all companies making long drive shafts have similar rating for flex? For example, I use the HOF Ultra shafts at a XX on a Geek DCT head. That makes my clubs build out at 261 cpm's (cycle per minute) at 48 inches. Is that similar for other companies or might a XX long drive shaft from one of them only be 250 cpm? I was just wondering. I have an old "Penly Integra" shaft that says XXX on it and it is only 251 cpm at 48 inches.

no real standard on cpms per flex but-companies do seem to be getting closer to getting on the same page
250-X
260-XX
260-XXX
some play softer or harder than others so you may see cpm's vary by 5 or so
