Important..if you are Associate status and purchased that program you are under NO obligation to Geek. Although, hitting Geek certainly goes a long way on moving you to Full Geek status. On the flip side, Full Staffers MUST have all Geek drivers in their bag. Otherwise, it's termination!
At the Geek Party in Mesquite we will have a slight dialog on payoffs for 2011. I wasn't very clear on 2010...so, we will get on the same page this coming year. Those of you that are owed monies will get a check at the party! Those of you that have received partial payments etc. will also get their remaining monies as well. You won't get rich...but, the new program for 2011 is fair and the best we can do. It's all helps. I wish we could do more and maybe we can...if all goes as planned.
In any case, submit those changes ASAP!
