I'm Proud To Announce The 2010 San Diego Shootout

Open Entry Fee $150
The San Diego Shootout  a maximum of 32 Open Division competitors. Based on a full field, first prize money will be $1,250 And will pay top 10.

Senior Entry Fee $100
The San Diego Shootout Senior Division (45 and up) maximum 8 competitors. Based on a full field, first prize money $400 and will pay top 4.
(OPEN) Format
Round 1: Will consist of 3 sets of 6 balls (18 balls total) your one longest ball will be your mark for this round. Will be in 2 groups of 16, and then split in groups A and B  8 in group A, and 8 in group B. The top 4 from each group will advance with two wild card spots for each group of 16. 20 competitors will advance to round 2. Losers are eliminated from the competition

Round 2: Will consist of 2 sets of 6 balls (12 balls total) your one longest ball will be your mark for this round. Will be in 2 groups of 10, A side and B side. The top 4 hitters from each group will advance with two wild card spots total. 10 competitors will advance to round 3. Losers are eliminated from the competition

Round 3: Will consist of 1 set of 6 balls. Your longest ball will be your mark for this round. Will be in groups of 5 the top 3 hitters from each group will advance to round 4. The 4 losers are eliminated from the competition 7-10 place ($150) each.

Round 4: Will consist of 1 set of 6 balls. Your longest ball will be your mark for this round. Top 4 to Match Play semifinal the longest hitter in round 4 will be #1 seed. The 2 losers are eliminated from the competition 5-6 place ($300) each.

Semifinal: #2 vs. #3 longest advances to Final (6 balls each) 3-3-3-3 higher seed picks hitting order. Winner to Final loser to 3rd place mach.
                 #1 vs. #4 longest advances to Final (6 balls each) 3-3-3-3 higher seed picks hitting order. Winner to Final loser to 3rd place mach.

3rd place mach: (6 balls each) 3-3-3-3 longer hitter from semifinal picks hitting order. 4th place ($400) 3rd place ($500)

Final mach: Two semifinal winners hit for (6 balls each) 3-3-3-3 longer hitter from semifinal picks hitting order. 2nd place ($700) 1st place ($1250)

10:45am start 10:15am sign in for group 2
